Technical Questions and Problem Reporting
If you are using the Globus® Toolkit and you want to report a bug or make a feature request, or if you want to ask a question and have it entered in our automated tracking system, use the Globus Toolkit Bugzilla system.
To establish a new account, go to the Globus Toolkit Bugzilla page and select "Open a new account". You will then be able to submit new bugs, and query existing bugs. There is a short bug-query form that lets you search by keyword and a more involved interface that lets you search on many different fields.
Mailing Lists
The Globus Alliance maintains a number of mailing lists for people who are active in the Grid community or who use the Globus Toolkit. Joining a list is an excellent way to stay in touch with others who share your interest in the Grid.
Visit the Globus Subscription Center to subscribe to or unsubscribe from these mailing lists.
Our searchable archive of Globus Alliance mailing lists provides a rich source of information about the Globus Toolkit and related technologies. The discuss@globus.org mailing list in particular is an excellent way to get help with the Globus Toolkit.
